I’ve been thinking about/talking about/hankering after these for a long time. And today I finally made them.
Poffertjes met Aardbeien en Slagroom
(poffertjes with strawberries and whipped cream)
Ingredients:
1/4 cup buckwheat flour
3/4 cup flour
1 cup room temperature milk (I used skim, and that’s fine)
1 egg (beaten)
2 tsp dried yeast
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
butter
powdered sugar
strawberries
whipped cream
